Approval Pathway was founded by leaders in commercial lending and technology who saw firsthand how too many good businesses fall through the cracks. We're here to help lenders change that - one commercial loan at a time.
We built Approval Pathway to solve a problem we knew all too well.
After decades of experience in commercial lending and fintech, our founders saw the same pattern: qualified small and medium-size businesses couldn't access funding fast enough, not because they weren't creditworthy, but because the lending process failed. Community lenders wanted to help, but outdated and fragmented processes made it hard to move at the speed of their members.
Approval Pathway was born from simple ideas:
That's the future we'''re building.
Experienced in lending. Driven by purpose.

We're guided by what matters most.
Commercial lending is about people, not paperwork. We built a technology that makes relationships stronger.
Every loan funded helps local businesses grow and keeps money in the community.
Transparency and trust aren't features - they are the foundation of everything we do.
Trust starts with security. We protect sensitive borrower and lender data with advanced encryption, permission-based access, and audit-ready trails.
We're building infrastructure to ensure the credit union movement grows and thrives. Our success is tied to the prosperity of the lenders we serve and the communities they empower.
Every loan we help fund strengthens a community. Every relationship we streamline deepens trust. Every decision we accelerate keeps capital flowing to the Canadian economy.
